Mindfulness meditation (Shamatha/Vipashyana) is a powerful technique where we learn how to be with ourselves as we are. Each year more and more research is published showing the deep and wide ranging benefits meditation can offer, such as better concentration, improved health and increased empathy.
If you are new to mindfulness or have been practicing for years, I can help you develop and deepen your practice. I offer instruction in the technique and follow up interviews to refine and deepen your practice. With 30 minute sessions I will help you develop your skill as a meditator.
I am also available for mindfulness instruction and coaching for your business or organization in a 1-time or ongoing basis.
I have been a meditation student for 14 years during which time I received a Bachelors degree in Buddhist Studies and, a Master's Degree in Contemplative Psychotherapy. I am a certified Meditation Instructor through Naropa University where I am adjunct faculty teaching Buddhist Psychology. I am deeply committed to my own awakening and have been offering meditation instruction in a wide variety of settings since 2005.
I lead a 1.5 hour meditation group on Wednesday nights at 6:10pm at Cloud Gate Acupuncture Clinic in Broomfield CO. Pay by donation.
