Who I work with
I work with young men and adults who are figuring out who they are in the world and where they want to go. I work with anyone who is interested in learning more about who they are and how they might be getting in their own way.
I also work with anyone suffering from psychological and emotional trauma. If you have experienced car accidents, natural disasters, physical violence, difficult surgeries, or other difficult experiences you may be living with trauma.

What is Contemplative Psychotherapy?
Contemplative psychotherapy is based on the notion of brilliant sanity. This means that we all have within us a natural dignity and wisdom. Our basic nature is characterized by clarity, openness, and compassion. This wisdom may be temporarily covered over, but nonetheless, it is there and may be cultivated. As a practitioner of Contemplative Psychotherapy I am an expert at recognizing sanity within even the most confused and distorted states of mind and am trained to nurture this sanity in myself and in my clients. You don't have to be Buddhist or meditate or have any interest in the two to benefit from this style.
$115 for a 55-60 minute session.
